Rumor: Got an e-mail the other day that had some interesting information for Animatrix fans. Jack Turner sent us this information regarding a possible sequel to the Animatrix, heading to theatres:
Sorry I didn't send this in sooner but oh well: I was in my local cinema ready to watch Revolutions. There was a guy walking around with a clipboard. I had no clue what he was doing. Later that night I went to see it again, and he was there walking around with his clipboard scribbling notes. Afterwards, I asked him what he was doing and he said that he was from WB and was marking various audience reaction to both the movie and the Punisher trailer. He said that there is an Animatrix 2 in the works and WB is considering having it on the big screen. He didn't say anything about a release date just that it was coming soon.
