Capcom and Namco have announced "Street Fighter X Tekken" and "Tekken X Street Fighter".

Two games; The first is the Street Fighter engine with added Tekken characters. The second is the Tekken engine with added Street Fighter characters.

I liked the idea of creating two games. It's probably the only right was to make a cross-over game and please both the Street Fighter and Tekken fans.

Definitely sounds easier then building an engine that could perfectly replicant both, and also cheaper and more opertunity to make money, I can see some serious fighter gamers buying both.

I was in Laguna this past weekend visiting family and had a chance to go. Should have taken them up on it. Just felt kind of guilty ditching them all.

Stupid family.
